Is supplication accepted without sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)? And is there anything from the Sunnah regarding this?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. He says: Has this hadith been narrated, which means that supplication is suspended between the sky and the earth until one sends blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in it? And is supplication accepted without sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?

The Shaykh : It has been narrated, but I do not know whether it is authentic or weak. It is not a condition for the acceptance of supplication that you send blessings upon your Prophet. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would sometimes supplicate without it being mentioned that he sent blessings upon the Prophet. Rather, among the etiquettes of supplication is that you begin it with praise of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), then with sending blessings upon His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and then you supplicate to Allah with whatever you wish.
