The Shaykh : The scholars said: If a woman’s husband dies while she is on the road, if he is close to her home, it is obligatory for her to return. If he is far away, she has the choice: if she wishes, she may continue her journey, and if she wishes, she may return to her husband’s house and observe her waiting period there. Yes.
