What is the ruling on intercourse with one's wife without ejaculation, and does this necessitate the full ritual bath? What is the ruling on the prayers he performed in that state?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Peace be upon you and Allah's mercy and blessings.
A man had intercourse with his wife but did not ejaculate. He then prayed for a week. After that, one of the young men told him: You must perform the full ritual bath and repeat the prayers. Is that obligatory or not?

The Shaykh : First: We must know that the full ritual bath is obligatory due to one of three things: ejaculation, even without intercourse; or intercourse, even without ejaculation; or both intercourse and ejaculation. This man must repeat the prayers he performed before he performed the full ritual bath, because in reality he was negligent. It is obligatory for him to ask the scholars, and he must repeat all these prayers. This means he does not pray each prayer alongside its corresponding time, but rather he prays them all together.

The questioner : Meaning, he prays.

The Shaykh : He prays them all together. For example, if he prayed Fajr without performing the full ritual bath and remained in that state for seven days, he should pray Fajr, then Zuhr, then 'Asr, then Maghrib, then 'Isha', then Fajr, then Zuhr, then 'Asr, then Maghrib, then 'Isha', until he has completed them, even if he does so in one morning.
