Obligations of the full ritual bath: the emission of semen with desire and sexual intercourse, with evidence.

The Shaykh : Now, as for the obligations of the full ritual bath, they are the emission of semen with desire and sexual intercourse. If a man has sexual intercourse with his wife, the full ritual bath becomes obligatory for him, and it is also obligatory for the woman, whether he emits semen or not. This is based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): And in the hadith of Aisha: The two circumcised parts do not meet except by the concealment of the glans. So if a person conceals the glans, meaning the glans of the penis, in the woman’s private part, the full ritual bath becomes obligatory for him, whether he emits semen or not.
