Is it valid for one who enters the mosque at Maghrib and sits?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the previous hadith, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave them the choice to pray after the adhan of Maghrib. We see some people praying... they do not pray the two rak'ahs when the adhan is called; the first thing they do when they arrive at the mosque is sit. Is this action valid?

The Shaykh : There is no mistake in this; this is a mistake. This contradicts the Sunnah in two ways. The first way is that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
If anyone of you enters a Mosque, he should not sit until he has offered a tworak` at prayer. إذا دخل أحدكم المسجد فلا يجلس حتى يصلي ركعتين
Sahih al-Bukhari 1167
.
The second way is that he said:
Pray before Maghrib, pray before Maghrib صلوا قبل المغرب ، صلوا قبل المغرب ، صلوا قبل المغرب
Bulugh al-Maram 2:264
and in the third he said:
for whoever wishes لمن شاء
Yes.
