Explanation of Ibn al-Qayyim's Alfiyyah-15b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : In this section, the author mentioned a proof or two types of proofs for the elevation of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), including descent and sending down. So, the sending down of the Qur'an is
(2) [This is] a revelation from the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful - (3) A Book whose verses حم تنزيل من الرحمن الرحيم كتاب فصلت آياته
[Fussilat 41:2-3]
A sending down from the Almighty, the Wise تنزيل العزيز الحكيم
and there are many verses regarding this. He says:
"And Allah has informed us ***"
"This, and the sixth and seventh are descent *** likewise the sending down of the Qur'an"
"And Allah has informed us that His Book *** is sent down with truth and proof"
In several verses, He informed that His noble Book is sent down from Him.
"Can it be a sending down and not the speech of one *** above the servants"
The answer is yes, it is not possible. "*** Is that possible?" The answer is no.
"Can it be a sending down from the Most Merciful and the*** Most Merciful who is not distinct from the creations"
The answer is no. This is the sending down. So, if Allah informed that the Qur'an is sent down from Him, and it is His speech, it is necessary that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) be above everything, above everything, because the Qur'an is His speech. So, if it was sent down, if it was a sending down, if it was a sending down, it is necessary that Allah be above. Yes.
