Reading from the words of the poet: A chapter on explaining their contradiction and their inability to distinguish between what requires figurative interpretation and what does not, up to his saying: "And al-Kahf, and understand the implication of the Qur'an"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: "Chapter: On explaining their contradiction and their inability to distinguish between what requires figurative interpretation and what does not
And they hold fast to the apparent meanings of what is transmitted from *** their shaykhs, just as the blind hold fast
And they refused to hold fast to the apparent meanings of *** the two texts, and woe to them for their abandonment
The shaykhs' words are forbidden to be interpreted figuratively *** because their intent is explanation and clarification
So if we interpret them figuratively, it is a negation of *** what they intended, without any proof
So their texts are to be passed over according to their apparent meanings *** and their interpretation is to be understood as clarification
Oh, if they had applied to the texts of revelation *** this same application they give to the reports and the Qur'an
Rather, with them those texts are *** literal appearances that were separated
from certainty

The Shaykh : From
The reader: "Rather, in their view, those texts are apparent *** verbal meanings that were separated from certainty
It has not benefited the seeker of truth who *** seeks the evidence and the implication of proof
So look at al-A'raf, then Yusuf, *** and al-Kahf, and understand the implication of the Qur'an
They struck at the two revelations with distortion, when *** they called it figurative interpretation with a second meaning
So if you pass through al-Imran, you will understand *** the intent, and you will be divinely guided
And you will know that the reality of figurative interpretation is *** clarifying the truth, not the second metaphorical meaning
And you will see that the interpretation of the deniers is contrary *** to all of this; the two do not agree
They coined a meaning for the word, thus *** like the technical term, and that is a worldly matter
And they came to innovation in the names *** and distortion of the words by slander
So they covered this word with deception and confusion, *** not for the blind and the one-eyed"
