The Shaykh :"And you will surely remember the one of faith from near, and it will strike the temples of the companions"
And all of this will only be after death.
"They raised their heads with it, but the people of Kalam and Greek logic did not raise their heads with it
They are, as the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) described, like water that descends upon the valleys"

"They raised their heads with it" Who? The people of affirmation, the people of the Sunnah.
"But the people of Kalam and Greek logic did not raise their heads with it" Meaning: They did not raise their heads with it, but rather they lowered it and turned away from it.
"They are, as the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) described, like water that descends upon the valleys
The water does not hold it"

The student: No.

The Shaykh : Huh?
The student: We have not read it.

The Shaykh : Good, yes.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : How much?
The student: ...

The Shaykh : I forgot.

The questioner : Shaykh?

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : ... Version: "And you will surely reap its evil"

The Shaykh : Yes, there are two versions in it, "ghayha" (its evil).
