(Explanation that sincerity for the sake of Allah is half of the religion, and that following the Messenger and submitting to him and his Shari'ah is the other half) And by Allah, this is half of the religion of Allah*** and submitting to the Chosen One

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And by Allah, this is half of the religion of Allah ***"
This refers to sincerity, for it is half of the religion. The second half is following the Messenger. For this reason, he said:
"*** and submitting to the Chosen One is the second half"
Allah the Exalted said:
But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission. فلا وربك لا يؤمنون حتى يحكموك فيما شجر بينهم ثم لا يجدوا في أنفسهم حرجا مما قضيت ويسلموا تسليما
[An-Nisa 4:65]
So, sincerity for the sake of Allah, and submitting to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
"And both of them are excellence, for the Most Merciful will not accept *** the effort of one who lacks excellence"
"Both of them" means: sincerity and following are excellence. So, when Allah the Exalted says
that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed ليبلوكم أيكم أحسن عملا
[Hud 11:7]
who is the best in deed? It is the one who is most sincere to Allah and most obedient to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Yes.
He said: "and migration".
