As said by whom? The Jahmiyyah, the Mu'tazilah, the Asha'irah, and the Kalbiyyah. All right.
"And Allah is too Great for His royal messenger to be one He created from the Most Merciful"
As these people say, they say: The voice is the voice of Jibril, and Allah (Mighty and Majestic) has no voice. And others say: Rather, it is the voice of Muhammad. For this reason, he said:
"And Allah is too Great for His human messenger to be one He created for us with a tongue"
