The error of those who made intercession from other than Him to Him without permission from the Most Merciful (Explanation of the invalidity of the intercession of idols)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The author (may Allah have mercy on him) says:
"The error of those who made intercession from other than Him to Him without permission from the Most Merciful"
These are the mushrikin (those who associate partners with Allah) who made intercession from other than Him without His permission. They said: "Our gods intercede for us besides Allah." It is known that their gods cannot have their intercession accepted. Why? Because Allah does not approve of them, nor does He approve of their worshippers. Thus, the first condition is negated, which is? 'Amir, which is?

The Shaykh : No.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : It is the pleasure of Allah with the one who intercedes and the one for whom intercession is sought. They thought that these idols and statues would benefit them and intercede for them with Allah without His permission, so they were in error.
