Reading from the words of the poet: “And indeed, a report has come that the excellence is in…” to his saying “…those who bear it for its sake are of a certain status”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: “And indeed, a report has come that the excellence is in *** both parties, meaning the first and the second
and the middle one, which is bent like this *** thus the hadith came, and this is not a denial
And indeed, in the revelation, there is a confirmation of it *** in the two thirds, and that is in the Qur'an
The people of the right are a third, along with its like *** and the foremost are fewer in number
That is not except because their followers are *** the strangers, not strangers in terms of homelands
But it is, by Allah, the strangeness of one who stands *** for the religion among the armies of Satan
So for that reason, he likened them to their follower *** in the two types of strangeness, and that is clear
They did not liken them in all their matters *** from every angle, they are not equal
So look at his interpretation of the strangers as *** those who revive his Sunnah in every age
Blessed are they, and longing leads them to *** taking the hadith and the clear Qur'an
Blessed are they, they did not care for the *** fragments of ideas or the garbage of minds
Blessed are they, they rode on the backs of the *** principles, intending the summit of faith
Blessed are they, they did not care for anything of the *** opinions, for the two revelations sufficed them
Blessed are they, and their imam is above all people *** he who came with faith and the criterion
And by Allah, they did not follow a person other than him *** except when he guided them with clear proof
In this chapter, there are reports of great status *** which baffled the scholars in the ages
For the scholars agreed that the Companions of the *** Chosen One are the best of the groups of mankind
This is by necessity, there is no disagreement between *** two, I have not narrated two opinions on it
So for that reason, the matter of these reports is difficult *** and they sought their interpretation with excellence
So listen then to their interpretation and understand it, do not *** hasten with a rejection or denial from you”
..

The Shaykh : It is good, the meaning is permissible, but the haste is better.
The reader: “If the haste is a rejection of something you have not *** comprehended, it leads to deprivation
The excellence is absolute and restricted *** and they are two ranks for the people of excellence
And the restricted excellence is not a basis for *** excellence over the absolute from a person
The restriction does not necessitate that it be judged for him ***”

The Shaykh : That it be judged for him, its restriction does not necessitate that it be judged for him
The reader: “The restriction does not necessitate that it be judged for him *** by equality, so how by preponderance
Since the one with the absolute has taken of the *** excellence above the one with the restriction by excellence
So if we posit one who has taken, if *** he had not taken it, the excellence of mankind
It does not necessitate the specification of the excellence over him *** nor equality nor diminishment
Adam was not created with the hands as a basis for *** excellence over the one sent with the Qur'an
And likewise, the characteristics of those who came after him *** from all the messengers of Allah with proof
So Muhammad is the highest of them, above, and *** I have not judged for them a preponderance of excellence
So the one who has taken the fifty rewards has not taken *** them in all the laws of faith
Did he take them at Badr or Uhud”

The Shaykh : At Badr or Uhud, at Badr or Uhud.
The reader: “Did he take them at Badr or Uhud”

The Shaykh : Or Uhud.
The reader: “Did he take them at Badr or Uhud or the *** clear conquest and the pledge of Aqabah
Rather, he took them when he had lost the *** helpers, and they were the first of helpers
And the Lord does not waste what is borne by *** those who bear it for its sake”

The Shaykh : Do you have: “it was lost” or “it was not lost”? Rather, he took them when it was lost and not lost?
The student: It was lost.

The Shaykh : It was lost. Copy.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Huh? The helpers.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : What?
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Not the helpers.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Yes?
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Copy: It was lost, yes.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Copy, yes, what we have is “it was lost.”
Okay, let us speak about what has passed. Is it finished? Yes, Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You.
We will postpone you until tomorrow, if Allah wills.
And he?
Muhammad Amin, what do you have? Rest.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Ibn al-Qayyim said:
“This is also a confirmation of it, it came *** in al-Tirmidhi for one who has two eyes
Likening his ummah to rain, the first *** of it and the last, and they are confused”

Is this the beginning of the lesson?
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Its confirmation in al-Tirmidhi?
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Very well.
