The Shaykh :"And I have described the path to her abode, so if *** you seek union, do not be the one who delays"
Do not be the one who delays, meaning do not be weak in your pursuit. Strive with strength in your pursuit, but as our Prophet and our Imam (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Seek help from Allah استعن بالله
cherish that which gives you benefit (in the Hereafter) and seek help from Allah احرص على ما ينفعك واستعن بالله
Sahih Muslim 2664
, do not rely on yourself lest you be disappointed. Seek help from Allah (Mighty and Majestic) in all that you seek.
"Hasten your journey with all your might, for indeed *** your delight in this is but a moment in time"
Allah is the Greatest! Yes, the entire world is but a moment in time. If you were to spend the whole of night and day working to reach this place, it would pass quickly, as if it were but moments, a single hour of the day, as Ibn al-Qayyim said:
"For indeed *** your delight in this is but a moment in time"
