Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Then he mentioned a hadith, saying:
"And indeed, Abu al-Darda' truly narrated this *** that 'Uwaymir reported a report of great significance"
If it is possible for us to read it now? Yes? In the commentary? Fine.
The reader: He said: "And indeed, Abu al-Darda' truly narrated" to the end, meaning: that Abu al-Darda' narrated this report as mawquf (stopping at him), and such a thing is not said by opinion.
His saying: "or was it" meaning: or was it said by his opinion, then welcome to that, and its wording is:
Allah the Exalted descends in the last three hours remaining of the night, and Allah looks
".

The Shaykh : remain.
The reader:
remain of the night, and Allah the Exalted looks in the first hour at the Book in which no other looks, so He erases what He wills and establishes, then He looks in the second hour at the Garden of 'Adn, which is His dwelling in which He resides, and no one is with Him in it except the prophets, the martyrs, and the truthful ones, and in it is what no one has seen and what has not occurred to the heart of any human being, then He descends in the last hour of the night and says: Is there one seeking forgiveness who seeks My forgiveness, so I forgive him? Is there one asking who asks Me, so I give him? Is there one supplicating who calls upon Me, so I respond to him?
Al-Tabarani narrated it in his Mu'jam "
.

The Shaykh : In any case, if this is authentic from Abu al-Darda', then such a thing is not said by opinion, and Abu al-Darda' is not one known for taking from the Children of Israel, so it has the ruling of marfu' (traced to the Prophet).
