The Shaykh : One says: "Glory be to my Lord, the Most High" three times, and "Glory be to You, O Allah, our Lord, and praise be to You; O Allah, forgive me", and the well-known supplication is:
O Allah, to You I prostrate, in You I believe, and upon You I rely. My face prostrates to Allah who created it, shaped it, and opened its hearing and sight. Blessed is Allah, the best of creators. O Allah, record for me thereby a reward, remove from me thereby a burden, make it for me a store with You, and accept it from me as You accepted it from Your servant Dawud. اللهم لك سجدت، وبك ءامنت، وعليك توكلت، سجد وجهي لله الذي خلقه، وصوّره، وشق سمعه، وبصره، فتبارك الله أحسن الخالقين، اللهم اكتب لي بها أجراً، وحط عني بها وزراً، واجعلها لي عندك ذخراً، وتقبّلها مني كما تقبّلتها من عبدك داوود
