What is said in the prostration of recitation

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
As for the sister (F. H. 'A.), she asks the Shaykh, may Allah preserve him, what the one who prostrates in the prostration of recitation says?
Answer: He says what is said in the prostration of prayer, exactly the same: (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High... Glory be to my Lord, the Most High... O Allah, to You I prostrate, in You I believe, and to You I submit. My face prostrates to the One who created it, gave it its form, and opened its hearing and sight by His power and might. Blessed is Allah, the best of creators... Glory be to You, O Allah, our Lord, and praise be to You. O Allah, forgive me). And he makes supplication in his prostration just as he does in the prostration of prayer, exactly the same. Yes.
