What is said in the prostration for forgetfulness and the prostration of recitation?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Noble Shaykh, what is said in the prostration for forgetfulness and the prostration of recitation?

The Shaykh : Yes, what is said in the prostration of prayer is said in both. For example, one says
Glory be to my Lord, the Most High
three times, and
Subhanaka Allahumma Rabbanã wa bihamdika, Allãhumma ighfirli
Sahih al-Bukhari 4293
. And in the prostration of recitation:
O Allah, for You I prostrate, in You I believe, and upon You I rely. My face has prostrated to Allah who created it, formed it, and opened its hearing and sight. So Blessed is Allah, the best of creators.
O God, record a reward for me for it, remit from me a load for it, make it a treasure with Thee for me, and accept it from me as Thou didst accept it from Thy servant David
Mishkat al-Masabih 1036
Yes.
