For Allah has already known it, and here they cannot say that Allah did not know it. Did Allah deny it when He knew it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : For Allah has already known it, and here they cannot say that Allah did not know it. Did Allah deny it when He knew it? No. And when Allah knows of something He does not approve of, He denies it, as in His saying, the Exalted:
They conceal [their evil intentions and deeds] from the people, but they cannot conceal [them] from Allah, and He is with them [in His knowledge] when they spend the night in such as He does not accept of speech يستخفون من الناس ولا يستخفون من الله وهو معهم إذ يبيتون ما لا يرضى من القول
[An-Nisa 4:108]
He denied to them something they were concealing from the people, but He knew it, so He made it clear to the servants. And if what Mu'adh ibn Jabal was doing were not a Shari'ah pleasing to Allah, Allah would have denied it to him, so that the servants would not worship according to a Shari'ah that He does not approve of. Is that clear, everyone? So the stronger opinion is that it is permissible for a person, if he enters the mosque after the congregational prayer has passed and then finds a person praying alone, even if he is praying the rawatib, to enter with him to be a ma'mum or to be an imam. This is the stronger opinion in this issue. Then al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned the hadith of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed, and then Ibn 'Abbas stood up with him. The apparent practice of al-Bukhari is that there is no difference between the obligatory and the voluntary. The reason this is the apparent practice is that he did not restrict it, but rather he said, may Allah have mercy on him: "If the imam did not intend to lead, and then people came and he led them," and he did not say "in the voluntary prayer." This indicates that the choice of al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) in this issue is in line with the stronger opinion.
