Explaining that the Qur'an is the speech of Allah (Mighty and Majestic)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Listen, man. The first topic of the Qur'an: Is the Qur'an the speech of Allah or the speech of Jibril? The answer, the answer.
The student: The speech of Allah.

The Shaykh : The answer.
The student: The speech of Allah.

The Shaykh : The speech of Allah. What is the evidence? Allah (Mighty and Majestic) said:
And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection وإن أحد من المشركين استجارك فأجره
[At-Tawbah 9:6]
He is addressing the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), telling him: If any one of the polytheists asks you for safety to listen to the Qur'an, let him listen.
And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may وإن أحد من المشركين استجارك فأجره حتى يسمع
[At-Tawbah 9:6]
What?
The speech of Allah كلام الله
. And this is the Qur'an; by the consensus of the exegetes, the speech of Allah is the Qur'an.
Then deliver him to his place of safety ثم أبلغه مأمنه
[At-Tawbah 9:6]
Return him to his place of safety. So, is the Qur'an the speech of Allah, did He speak it truly or figuratively?
Truly. Everything in the Qur'an is true, because the Qur'an is the speech of whom? The speech of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). How can there be anything in it that is not true? Everything in the Qur'an is true, there is no doubt in that.
And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah إن أحد من المشركين استجارك فأجره حتى يسمع كلام الله
[At-Tawbah 9:6]
. Good. If this Qur'an that we recite is truly the speech of Allah, then He (Mighty and Majestic) spoke with letters and sounds, but we do not know how He speaks. We do not know because this is a hidden matter. But we know that this Qur'an is truly the speech of Allah, that He spoke it truly, but how? No. And here, my brothers, I point you to a useful rule that will benefit you, if Allah wills, in creed.
