What is the ruling on the follower saying "Yes" when the imam recites the words of Allah the Exalted: "Is not Allah the most just of judges"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, may Allah reward you. We have heard some of the followers...

The Shaykh : Yes?

The questioner : We have heard some of the followers, when the imam recites the words of Allah the Exalted:
Is not Allah the most just of judges?
[At-Tin 95:8]
, say: "Yes." What is the ruling on this?

The Shaykh : This is valid. If Allah the Exalted says:
Is not Allah the most just of judges?
[At-Tin 95:8]
, then say: "Yes." And likewise with this kind of construction; that is, when we encounter such a statement, we say: "Yes."
Is not Allah sufficient for His Servant
[Az-Zumar 39:36]
You say: "Yes."
Is not Allah Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution?
[Az-Zumar 39:37]
You say: "Yes."
Is He not able to give life to the dead?
You say: "Yes," yes, indeed. However, if the follower is distracted from listening to his imam by this statement, he should not do it. But if it comes at the end of the verse where the imam paused, it does not distract him, so if he says:
Is not Allah the most just of judges?
[At-Tin 95:8]
, he says: "Yes," yes.
