A woman who wants to perform Hajj but faints when she sees the crowds: can someone perform Hajj on her behalf?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : This is a woman, may Allah bless you, who wants to perform Hajj, but she faints when she sees the crowds.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : Can someone perform Hajj on her behalf?

The Shaykh : Has she performed the obligatory act?

The questioner : No, she has not performed the obligatory act. And if someone wants to perform Hajj on her behalf or take on the Hajj, what do you advise him to do?

The Shaykh : If this is confirmed, meaning that she faints when she sees a large number of people, then we say she should not perform Hajj. However, if she has money that she can pay to someone to perform Hajj on her behalf, it is obligatory for her to do so. If she does not have money, then nothing is required of her.
