What is your guidance regarding those who remove and tear down the pamphlets, fatwas, and announcements for lectures and courses that are posted in mosques, such as removing the fatwas of Shaykh Ibn Baz?

The questioner : May Allah pardon us and you, O honorable Shaykh, what is your guidance regarding those who remove the fatwas of the scholars that are pasted on the doors of mosques and in public places?
And likewise, those who remove the announcements for lectures delivered by some of the scholars and students of knowledge, and the announcements for academic courses?
Let me give an example: A brother distributed what was issued by the honorable Shaykh, our father, Abdul Aziz ibn Abdullah ibn Baz, and what was issued by you, may Allah preserve you, regarding the danger of the pamphlets that come from London. He distributed them in one of the mosques, but some people removed them. He replaced them twice, then three times, and each time they were removed. When he asked the one who did this, he said, "These stir up fitnah among the people." So what is your guidance, may Allah preserve you?
The Shaykh : Our guidance is that if this man does what he does out of hatred for the truth, then he is in great danger, because hatred for the truth is one of the nullifiers of Islam.
As for if he does it out of hatred for the person who is upholding the truth, regardless of what that person is doing, this is less severe than the first case and is not considered under the ruling of the first case. However, he is sinful and has transgressed against his brother by preventing the spread of his knowledge and tearing up the means of its dissemination.
As for his claim that the pamphlets coming from London stir up fitnah, I do not think he is sincere in this, meaning that he said this, but I do not think he is sincere in it. Because he knows that all the fitnah lies in the spread of these pamphlets, and tearing them up and burning them is the cause of extinguishing the fitnah. No one is tempted by them and wants them to spread except that he is one of the heads of fitnah, may Allah protect us from that.
So my advice to these people is to fear Allah, Mighty and Majestic, in themselves and in their calm, quiet, and peaceful community. And that they not accept such pamphlets that stir up hatred, enmity, and dislike for the scholars and the rulers, and that cause division and separation between the subjects and the ruler. Because this is one of the causes of fitnah, and whoever follows history will find that the first of fitnah is speech and the last of it is arrows. So my advice to these people is to fear Allah, Mighty and Majestic, and to be among the callers to the truth and lovers of good for the ummah. But we are confident, by the permission of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, that these people will not succeed. Every one who is oppressive will not succeed, by the saying of Allah, the Exalted:[Al-An'am 6:21], and by the saying of Allah, the Exalted: [Yunus 10:81]. And there is no doubt that the pamphlets coming from London, as the brother questioner said, are, to our knowledge, corruption and a cause of fitnah, and that destroying them is what leads to the removal of the fitnah. And I advise everyone who sees them to tear them up and burn them, and to advise those who are afflicted with loving their spread.
