Does the traveler maintain the regular voluntary prayers during his journey or not?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he used to pray four rak'ahs before the midday prayer and add two rak'ahs after the midday prayer in addition to the regular voluntary prayers, and he also established the dawn prayer as two rak'ahs. Does the traveler maintain these during his journey? May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : The traveler during his journey prays all the voluntary prayers, all of them, except for only three: the regular voluntary prayer of the midday prayer, the regular voluntary prayer of the sunset prayer, and the regular voluntary prayer of the night prayer. The Sunnah is established for leaving these off, and everything else remains prescribed, such as the night prayer, the dawn prayer, the prayer for guidance in a decision, and the greeting of the mosque. All of this is established. What is excluded from the voluntary prayers are three, and what are they?

The questioner : The regular voluntary prayers of the midday, sunset, and night prayers.

The Shaykh : Yes, the regular voluntary prayer of the midday, the regular voluntary prayer of the sunset, and the regular voluntary prayer of the night. Everything else remains as it is. Yes.
