Are the regular voluntary prayers performed while traveling?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The Shaykh : This is for the recording.

The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. What is the ruling regarding the regular voluntary prayers (rawatib) while traveling, specifically the sunnah of Dhuha or the two rak'ahs of Dhuha, the sunnah of standing in night prayer, the sunnah of Fajr, and the sunnahs in general? Is there any report regarding their performance while traveling?

The Shaykh : First, what has become clear to us from the Sunnah is that only three things are dropped while traveling, and the rest remain as they are. These are the regular voluntary prayer of Dhuhr, the regular voluntary prayer of Maghrib, and the regular voluntary prayer of 'Isha'. As for the rest, do as you wish. Even for Dhuhr, if you wish to pray a voluntary prayer without the regular voluntary prayer, there is nothing wrong with it. So, the sunnah of Dhuha is prescribed, tahajjud at night is prescribed, witr is prescribed, the sunnah of Fajr is prescribed, and the greeting of the mosque is prescribed. All voluntary prayers remain on their original basis except for three. What are they? Say them?
The student: ...Dhuhr.

The Shaykh : The regular voluntary prayer of Dhuhr.
The student: The regular voluntary prayer of Maghrib and the regular voluntary prayer of 'Isha.

The Shaykh : Good, correct. This is what the Sunnah indicates. Do you have a question, Yasar? You don't have the one that follows it.
