What is the ruling on removing sorcery with sorcery out of necessity?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
His EminenceThe Shaykh : Regarding removing sorcery from the one who has been bewitched out of necessity?

The Shaykh : Removing sorcery from the one who has been bewitched is permissible, and there is no doubt in that, but only with permissible supplications, with the Qur'an, and with permissible medicines. As for breaking the sorcery with sorcery, this is a matter of disagreement among the scholars: some of them permitted it out of necessity, and some of them prohibited it. There is no doubt that permitting it leads to an increase in sorcerers, because the one who breaks it does not break it except for a large sum of money, so the opinion of permissibility leads to sorcery being made a trade, and its learning becomes widespread. Also, it is possible that the sorcerer and the breaker agree, and the sorcerer says that he will cast the spell, and the breaker breaks it, and the fee is between them. Is this possible or not? It is possible, just as the common people say: "The condition is forty, twenty for us and twenty for you." Therefore, we see that it should be prohibited absolutely. If a person is afflicted with this, let him be patient, let him seek reward from Allah, and let him know that everything has an end, and every condition changes. If he is afflicted and suffers, or his family suffers with him, it is an expiation for their sins, and with seeking reward, it is an increase in their reward and their ranks. If a man is pricked by a thorn, it is expiated for him, and with seeking reward, he has a reward, so what about this great affliction? Do you understand now?

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : Very well.
In summary: If removing the sorcery is done with the Qur'an, permissible supplications, and permissible medicines, then it is permissible and there is no doubt in it. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was recited over with the two chapters of protection
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak قل أعوذ برب الفلق
[Al-Falaq 113:1]
and
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, قل أعوذ برب الناس
[An-Nas 114:1]
when he was bewitched, and his sorcery was removed, and praise be to Allah.
And as for if it is done with another sorcery, I told you that the scholars differ on this: some of them permitted it out of extreme necessity, and some of them prohibited it. And I told you that permitting it leads to harms.
