How does one who mocks the religion repent? And how is he called to stop this?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : There are some who mock this religion.

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : So how do I win his heart to enter this religion?

The Shaykh : So how what?

The questioner : Win his heart.

The Shaykh : He wins it.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : I mean, how does he repent? He repents to Allah (Mighty and Majestic) from the disbelief he committed, no matter how great it is. If a person repents from it, Allah accepts his repentance, as Allah the Exalted said:
Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."
[Az-Zumar 39:53]
Whatever sin a person commits, then repents to Allah with sincere repentance, Allah erases it. Indeed, Allah the Exalted said:
(68) And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty. (69) Multiplied for him is the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated - (70) Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good.
[Al-Furqan 25:68-70]
So we say to this person: Repent to Allah (Mighty and Majestic), do good deeds, and be certain and believe, so that everything you have done is erased from you. It is easy if Allah makes it easy for the servant. We ask Allah to guide us and you to sincere repentance. Yes.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : No, what I understood is that you are saying: How does he repent? Do you want to know how this one who mocked the religion repents, or do you want to know if someone wants to call him?

The questioner : Call him.

The Shaykh : It is easy. It is not your concern except to convey the message. Call him to Islam and say: This is forbidden for you, and this is disbelief. Mocking the religion is disbelief, and belittling the religion is also disbelief. Then call him to Islam. If he is guided, it is for you and for him. If he is not guided, it is for you and upon him. Yes.
