What is the ruling on teaching in a banking institute affiliated with a bank, specifically regarding administrative aspects rather than financial or usurious ones?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.
May Allah increase your reward, O Shaykh, and guide us and you, if Allah wills, as well as all those present and listening.

The Shaykh : Ameen

The questioner : In fact, before the question, I tried many times from Riyadh to call by phone, but we were unable to reach you, some of my colleagues. I hope that if the phone line is kept open for a longer period so that people from outside the region can call, you may consider this in the future, if Allah wills.
My question is for myself and some colleagues at work, and it concerns our employment. We are university professors teaching management, marketing, and similar subjects. We were asked to cooperate with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA). The Authority has an affiliated institute called the Banking Institute. This institute teaches students or employees of commercial banks. The Authority funds the institute, in addition to the institute, and there are also tuition fees paid by the employees, which the bank pays on their behalf. We were asked at the university to cooperate with the institute by teaching. So our question is about the ruling on teaching in such an institute, knowing that this teaching does not concern financial or usurious aspects, but rather administrative aspects. The question revolves around the fees paid by the banks, as the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority also participates in these fees, in addition to the fees they take from the banks. So our question is about our job in such an institute, cooperating with them in teaching? And may Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : Do you cooperate in sin and transgression?

The questioner : What is it that we are asking about, O Shaykh?

The Shaykh : I am asking you: do they say, "Come, teach us usury, and how to exploit it, and how to obtain it"?

The questioner : I mentioned to you, O Shaykh, that there are two aspects: the administrative aspects, where they teach them how to manage work and how to deal with people. That is, they do not teach them the usurious aspects and how to manage the process of usury. But the question is that they will receive a salary, meaning the salary originally comes from the payment of tuition fees.

The Shaykh : Yes, there is nothing wrong with it, because paying tuition fees is not injustice or coercion, but it is by the choice of the student, is it not?

The questioner : Yes

The Shaykh : So it is taken from him willingly.

The questioner : Does this mean we should distinguish between if you teach them usurious transactions and financial aspects, and if you teach them something else related to the job?

The Shaykh : Even teaching about usurious banks or usurious contracts, if you are teaching them in order to clarify their prohibition and that they are not permissible, then that is good, meaning it involves clarifying the truth.

The questioner : But even if you know that this person, I will teach him the usurious aspects, we take the other side, but I know that he will apply them and deal in them, even if I clarified it to him.

The Shaykh : No, if you know that he will apply them, do not teach him. Any permissible work, if you know that its owner, or if it is your strong suspicion that its owner, uses it in what is forbidden, do not teach him.

The questioner : And if it is from the non-usurious aspects?

The Shaykh : There is nothing wrong with it. I do not see anything wrong with it. Yes.
