If one is far from the town such that they do not hear the adhan if it were without loudspeakers, is the jama'ah obligatory upon them or not?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The honorable Shaykh, a group of young men went on a trip to a distant area and stayed in a place far from the town, but they still hear the adhan due to the presence of loudspeakers. Is Jumu'ah and the jama'ah obligatory upon them with the people of that town?

The Shaykh : It is not obligatory upon them. That is, if they are far from the town such that they do not hear the voice of the mu'adhdhins if there were no loudspeaker, then it is not obligatory upon them. But if they are close to the town such that if the mu'adhdhins called the adhan without a loudspeaker, they would hear them, then it is obligatory upon them to attend.
