What is the ruling on a man who has intercourse with his wife ten times in Ramadan without the wife's consent?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A man had intercourse with his wife ten times in Ramadan over the course of three years?

The Shaykh : In one day?

The questioner : No, spread out over three years without his wife's consent.

The Shaykh : Without what?

The questioner : Without his wife's consent.

The Shaykh : Meaning: the wife was coerced?

The questioner : Yes, that is correct.

The Shaykh : Very well.

The questioner : What is required of him?

The Shaykh : As for the wife, she owes nothing as long as she was unable to resist, or if she resisted but was unable to prevent it, she owes nothing.
As for him, he owes an expiation for each act. If it was ten times, he must fast for twenty days, or first he must free ten slaves. If he cannot find them, he must fast for two months for each act, and since it was ten times, he is required to fast for twenty months. If he is unable to do that, he must feed sixty poor people for each act. If we multiply sixty poor people by each act, it becomes six hundred.
But he is not required to feed six hundred people; he can repeat feeding the same sixty people ten times.
