Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : As for the common people among us, if I tell him to go back, does he get upset? Does it cause harm?

The Shaykh : Yes, it happens. I tell him to go back, and there is no doubt that he is upset. I invite him and say, "Come, do not be upset that I told you to go back, for Allah said this:
And if it is said to you, "Go back," then go back إن قيل لكم ارجعوا فارجعوا
[An-Nur 24:28]
