If money is given to break the fast of a fasting person in Ramadan, and this money is then spent on breaking the fast of a fasting person outside of Ramadan, is that valid?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, may Allah bless you, what is the ruling on giving money to break the fast of a fasting person in Ramadan to be used for breaking the fast of a fasting person outside of Ramadan?

The Shaykh : If the one who donated the money to break the fast of a fasting person intended the fasting person in Ramadan, then it is not permissible to spend this money on voluntary fasting, even if it is for making up a missed day of Ramadan. It appears to me that it is not permissible, because the custom and practice is that one who donates to break the fast of those fasting in Ramadan intends the ones who break their fast when? Only in the month of Ramadan.
