What is the ruling on praying two rak'ahs after the two adhan on Friday, and does this apply to the hadith (there is a prayer between every two adhan)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : I am asking about the two rak'ahs between the two adhan on Friday: what are they? And does this apply to the hadith:
Between every two calls (to prayer) there is a Salat بين كل أذانين صلاة
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 185Sahih (Darussalam)
?

The Shaykh : The two rak'ahs between the two adhan on Friday are not prescribed. The first adhan on Friday is only to call the distant people so that they prepare themselves and arrive before the imam comes. So, whoever comes after the first adhan and enters the mosque, let him pray two rak'ahs or whatever he wishes until the second adhan comes.
As for the one who is already in the mosque, he does not pray after the first adhan. As for the hadith:
Between every two calls (to prayer) there is a Salat بين كل أذانين صلاة
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 185Sahih (Darussalam)
, the intended meaning of the two adhan here is the adhan and the iqamah. That is, if the adhan is called, then pray between the adhan and the iqamah. If this time is the time of a rawatib, such as the adhan for Fajr, then the rawatib of Fajr follows it, or for Zuhr, then the rawatib of Zuhr follows it, so let him pray the rawatib. And if the adhan is for a prayer that does not have a rawatib before it, such as 'Asr, Maghrib, and 'Isha', let him also pray between the adhan and the iqamah, but it is not a rawatib. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said:
Between every two calls (to prayer) there is a Salat for whoever wills. بين كل أذانين صلاة لمن شاء
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 185Sahih (Darussalam)
, out of dislike for people to make it a regular rawatib.
But as I told you: Fajr has a regular rawatib before the prayer, that is, between the adhan and the iqamah, and Zuhr has a regular rawatib between the adhan and the iqamah.

The questioner : May Allah bless you.
