Is it permissible to tie the womb if there is a dire necessity for it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : O Shaykh, a woman was afflicted with breast cancer and underwent an operation in which this harm was removed. She has been blessed, praise and thanks be to Allah, with two sons and four daughters. She now wants to tie her womb to stop giving birth, especially since she is exhausted and is currently being treated at the Specialized Hospital to monitor her condition. She is always tired and unable to bear any responsibility, as she is a teacher and supports her children on her own.

The Shaykh : So the question is about tying the womb?

The questioner : Yes, I do.

The Shaykh : If there is a pressing need for it and the husband agrees to it, there is nothing wrong with it, because this is permissible. The Companions used to practice coitus interruptus, and the Qur'an was being revealed, yet they were not forbidden from doing so. I think that if the woman recovers and is able to bear children, they would be allowed to untie it. Yes.
