Are the people of Madyan the people of the thicket?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, may Allah reward you. Allah, Mighty and Majestic, mentioned in the Noble Qur'an His saying:
The people of the thicket denied the messengers كذّب أصحاب الأيكة المرسلين
, and He said in another verse:
And to [the people of] Madyan [We sent] their brother Shu'ayb. وإلى مدين أخاهم شعيباً
[Al-A'raf 7:85]
. So, are Madyan the people of the thicket?
May Allah reward you, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Yes, the people of the thicket are not from the people of Shu'ayb. That is why He said regarding his people, "their brother," and said regarding these people:
The people of the thicket denied the messengers كذّب أصحاب الأيكة المرسلين
. However, they are a people whom Allah tasked Shu'ayb to go to, so he went to them by the command of Allah.
From this, we know the misguidance of those who say that His saying:
And to [the people of] Madyan [We sent] their brother Shu'ayb. وإلى مدين أخاهم شعيبًا
[Al-A'raf 7:85]
and similar verses, means that these people are his brothers in humanity, and that human brotherhood encompasses every human being!!
So, according to the opinion of these people, the disbeliever would be our brother. This is undoubtedly a great error. Rather, it is brotherhood by lineage, because they are his people, so they are his brothers. It is not possible to say that the children of Adam are brothers in humanity forever, because there is no loyalty or brotherhood between the believer and the disbeliever. Yes.
