What is the ruling on remaining with a husband who prays Fajr after the time has passed?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Yes, after it, on the right.

The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. This is a woman asking, and she says: My husband does not pray Fajr except after the time has passed. What is the ruling on my remaining with him?

The Shaykh : If this husband prays the remaining prayers, then he is not a disbeliever, and there is no blame on you for remaining with him, especially if you have children and you fear that you will be lost if you leave him. So there is no blame on you for remaining, but you must advise him and warn him of Allah, because if he delays the Fajr prayer without an excuse and prays it after the sun has risen, his prayer is invalid and is returned to him. Yes.
