Ruling on remaining with a husband who does not pray

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q350: The questioner says: My husband does not pray, and sometimes I wake him for prayer and he is harsh with me, and sometimes he does some actions like hitting and others. Should I leave him alone regarding the prayer, or what should I do with him? Please advise us, may Allah reward you.
A350: As long as you are with him and in the house, it is obligatory for you to enjoin prayer upon him and to persist with him. If he continues to not pray, then seek separation from him. Do not remain with him while he does not pray; seek separation.
