Is it permissible for a woman to appoint a proxy for stoning the pillars out of fear of the crowd?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says: Your Eminence, is it permissible for a woman to appoint a proxy when stoning the pillars, even if she is not weak, because she fears the crowd?

Answer:
If she has an excuse: being ill, or pregnant, or frail, or having children whom she cannot leave because she has no one to watch them and cannot leave them; then this is an excuse, and she appoints a proxy. Otherwise, she must stone the pillars herself at the appropriate times, such as after Maghrib if there is a crowd on the day of the festival during the times of Dhuhr and Asr. She stones after sunset on behalf of the day of the festival, accompanied by her husband, her brother, or her sisters, and so on for the remaining days after nightfall; there is no harm in this. From sunset until the appearance of Fajr, it is all valid for stoning according to the correct view: on the night of the eleventh, she stones on behalf of the day of the festival; on the night of the twelfth, on behalf of the eleventh; and on the night of the thirteenth, on behalf of the twelfth. As for the thirteenth day, it ends with the setting of the sun on the thirteenth, so it is the last day of stoning, ending with the setting of the sun. If stoning during the day is difficult for her due to the crowd, she stones at night, and praise be to Allah.
