My advice to them is to fear Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and to praise Allah the Exalted for His blessings, and for the prosperity, abundance, and security in which we are. They should also thank Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Then, regarding the government, which has given people leeway in the weekly holiday by adding Thursday to Friday, it is possible for a person to make Thursday the day for his trips and make Friday the day for purchasing his weekly needs. Because some people say, “I am free on Thursday to buy my weekly needs,” we say: Make Friday the day for being free to buy your weekly needs, and make Thursday the day for trips.
