Explanation of the Book of the Hearts-08b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Abdullah ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Yunus ibn Muhammad al-Baghdadi narrated to us, Shayban narrated to us from Qatadah, Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated to us that a man said, "O Prophet of Allah, how will the disbeliever be gathered on his face?" He said:
Will not the One Who made him walk on his feet in this world, be able to make him walk on his face on the Day of Resurrection? أليس الذي أمشاه على الرجلين في الدنيا قادراً على أن يمشيه على وجهه يوم القيامة
Sahih al-Bukhari 4760
Qatadah said: "Yes, by the might of our Lord"

The Shaykh : In this hadith is the explanation of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
and We will gather them on the Day of Resurrection [fallen] on their faces - blind, dumb and deaf ونحشرهم يوم القيامة على وجوههم عميا وبكما وصما
[Al-Isra 17:97]
So this man found it difficult, how will he be gathered on his face? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "The One who made him walk on his feet, on his two legs, in this world is able to make him walk on his face on the Day of Resurrection." This is a clear answer; this answer is clear.
