The Shaykh : The second: The wrongdoer is the one who says, "I testify that the ruling of Allah is the best of rulings, but this man has harmed me, he has been bad to my neighborhood, he did this, he did that. I want to humiliate him, I want to judge against him personally. He is an enemy, but the enmity is not apparent. He might say the enmity is not apparent, so his ruling is not carried out against him. But he is not judging in order to humiliate this person; rather, he is a wrongdoer."
The third: He says, "The ruling of Allah is the best of rulings, there is no doubt and I do not deny this, but I have a desire to rule contrary to it because it is in my interest." We say, what is this? He is an open sinner. The position that is stronger in my view is that these three descriptions are based on three descriptions.
