Does the funeral prayer suffice in place of the greeting of the mosque?

If a man enters while they are praying the funeral prayer and he prays with them, then if he intends to remain after they finish the funeral prayer, he should pray the greeting of the mosque. And if he is going to leave with the funeral procession, then he should leave. Clear and good.
