What is the ruling on one who performed 'Umrah and forgot to take off his trousers?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : O Shaykh, peace be upon you and Allah's mercy.

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace and the mercy of Allah.

The questioner : There is a citizen from among the residents of the city of Jeddah.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : He went to perform 'Umrah.

The Shaykh : What?

The questioner : He went to perform 'Umrah, and when he finished it, he cut some of his hair and returned to his house in Jeddah. When he took off his ihram, he found that he had not removed his trousers. What is his ruling?

The Shaykh : He owes nothing for this. That is, if a man enters ihram for 'Umrah or Hajj, for example, and forgets that he is wearing his trousers, he owes nothing.
And I will give you a rule that you will benefit from, if Allah wills: "All prohibited acts, if a person commits them while ignorant, forgetful, or coerced, he bears no sin, no expiation, and nothing else", because Allah said:
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. رَبَّنَا لا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
So Allah the Exalted said:
He has done so قد فعلت
This is established in Sahih Muslim. And He the Exalted said:
And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred but [only for] what your hearts intended وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا أَخْطَأْتُمْ بِهِ وَلَكِنْ مَا تَعَمَّدَتْ قُلُوبُكُمْ
[Al-Ahzab 33:5]
, and He said regarding disbelief, which is the greatest of the prohibitions:
Whoever disbelieves in Allah after his belief... except for one who is forced [to renounce his religion] while his heart is secure in faith. But those who [willingly] open their breasts to disbelief, upon them is wrath from Allah, and for them is a great punishment;
[An-Nahl 16:106]
.
For example, if a person is in ihram and forgets that he is wearing his trousers until he exits ihram, he owes nothing. Likewise, if he eats or drinks while fasting and is forgetful, he owes nothing. And likewise, if he commits a prohibited act while ignorant, such as a person who shaves his head while in ihram before exiting, for example, a person performing 'Umrah who shaves his head after circumambulating, not for the sake of the ritual but out of his usual habit, we say: You owe nothing as long as you were ignorant. So take this rule: "Anything prohibited in worship, if a person does it while ignorant, forgetful, or coerced, he bears no sin and no expiation", yes.
