What is the ruling on one who forgets to remove his trousers when entering the state of ihram?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner, the brother Muqran al-Mahbub, wrote two questions. He says: I intended to perform 'Umrah, O Shaykh, and I entered the state of ihram from Riyadh Airport. I responded to the call for 'Umrah when I was near the miqat. When we landed at Jeddah Airport, I went to perform wudu' for prayer, and I found that I had not removed my trousers because I had forgotten. So I removed them. Is there anything required of me in this?

Answer:
There is nothing required of you. Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) said:
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred.رَبَّنَا لا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
[Surat al-Baqarah: 286]. So if a person in the state of ihram forgets and covers his head, or wears a shirt, or trousers while forgetting, there is no blame on him. Or if he enters the state of ihram while wearing trousers and forgets, there is no blame on him. And praise be to Allah. Yes.
