A person entered the state of ihram for 'Umrah and forgot to remove his trousers; is there anything required of him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A person entered the state of ihram for 'Umrah while wearing trousers, forgetting to remove them; what is the ruling?

The Shaykh : This person is asking: A person entered the state of ihram for 'Umrah and left his trousers on, forgetting to remove them; what is required of him?
And the answer is: He owes nothing, based on the saying of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He:
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. رَبَّنَا لا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]

And I will tell you a useful rule in this matter: "All the prohibitions in acts of worship and other matters, if a person commits them while forgetting, being ignorant, or being forced, he owes nothing" This is the rule. If a person speaks while praying while forgetting, his prayer is valid. If he eats while fasting while forgetting, his fast is valid. All prohibitions, whether in acts of worship or outside of them, if a person commits them while ignorant, forgetting, or being forced, he owes nothing, based on the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. رَبَّنَا لا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
So Allah the Exalted said: You have done it.
