What is the ruling on the fasting of one who teased his wife and emitted pre-seminal fluid?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah preserve you, O Shaykh: If a person is fasting voluntarily, and he teases his wife and emits pre-seminal fluid, what is required of him? Does he have to make up the fast, or complete it, or what?

The Shaykh : If the fasting man teases his wife, whether in an obligatory or voluntary fast.

The questioner : Voluntary.

The Shaykh : I will tell you the answer from my own side.
If the fasting man teases his wife, whether in an obligatory or voluntary fast, and pre-seminal fluid (madhi) comes out of him, his fast is not invalidated, neither the obligatory nor the voluntary; he continues in it and there is no blame on him. However, if semen (mani) comes out of him, his fast is invalidated, whether that was in an obligatory or voluntary fast. And it is not permissible for a person to tease his wife if he knows from himself that he will emit by this teasing, because some people are quick to emit, so as soon as they tease the woman or kiss her, for example, or something similar, they emit. So we say to this man: It is not permissible for you to tease your wife as long as you fear that you will emit.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : No, he emitted pre-seminal fluid, pre-seminal fluid.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : Pre-seminal fluid; he doesn't know what to say.

The questioner : But we do not allow anyone to interject unless they hear an error or oversight from us; in that case, there is no harm.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : It is well known, my brother, that the full ritual bath is required from the emission of semen. For pre-seminal fluid, one only washes his penis and testicles and performs the ablution for prayer.

The questioner : I say, O Shaykh, is it permissible for a woman...

The Shaykh : What is his question? In order, my brother, he has it in order.
