What is the ruling on changing one's place between the obligatory prayer and the voluntary prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, O honorable Shaykh. What is the ruling on changing one's place regarding the voluntary prayer? Is this a religious innovation?

The Shaykh : Yes, the jurists (may Allah have mercy on them) mentioned that it is recommended for a person to separate the voluntary prayer from the obligatory one, either by speaking or by moving from his place, do you understand? Based on the hadith of Mu'awiyah, he said:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered us not to connect one prayer to another until we go out or speak. أمرنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن لا نَصِلَ صلاة بصلاة، حتى نخرج أو نتكلم
And on this basis, it is better to separate the obligatory prayer from the voluntary one.
But there is something better than that, which is to perform the voluntary prayer in the house, because the voluntary prayer in the house is better than the voluntary prayer in the mosque, even in the Sacred Mosque. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said while in Madinah, speaking while in the mosque of prayer: "Prayer in it is better than a thousand prayers in any other place, except the Sacred Mosque." He said:
The most excellent prayer of a person is (that which he prays) in his house except that which is prescribed (the five congregational prayers). أفضل صلاة المرء في بيته إلا المكتوبة
Bulugh al-Maram 2:313
, and he himself used to perform the voluntary prayer in the house.
Some people think that the voluntary prayer in the mosque is better, but that is not the case. Yes, if it were a man with work who fears that if he leaves the mosque he will forget the regular voluntary prayer, then here we say: praying in the mosque is better. Likewise, if there are many children in his house and he fears disturbance, then praying in the mosque is better.
So if a person says: Why is prayer in the house better, except for the obligatory prayer? We say: because it is further from showing off, since in your house no one sees you except your family, if they see you. In the mosque, what? Everyone sees you.
And because it accustoms the household to prayer, and therefore if you stand to pray and you have a boy who is two or three years old, he prays with you? Even if you do not order him to, but he loves to follow, so there is this great benefit in it.
Also, it involves not committing what is forbidden, because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Do not make your houses graves لا تجعلوا بيوتكم قبوراً
Sunan Abi Dawud 2042Sahih (Al-Albani)
meaning: do not make them like graves where you do not pray.
So these are three benefits: the first: it is further from showing off.
The second: accustoming the household to prayer, and making them love it.
Third: not falling into what the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade in his saying:
Do not make your houses graves لا تجعلوا بيوتكم قبوراً
Sunan Abi Dawud 2042Sahih (Al-Albani)
. The right hand.
And upon you be peace, what is ... he says peace, okay.
