What is the ruling on sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the tashahhud? Is it a pillar or a recommended practice?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
There are two questions now. He says: What is the ruling on sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the tashahhud? Is it a pillar, obligatory, or a recommended practice? Muhammad al-'Anizi.
According to the Hanbalis, it is a pillar, and the prayer is not valid without it. Some scholars hold that it is obligatory, and some hold that it is a recommended practice. The precaution for a person is not to leave it out.
