Also, I hope you will inform me: my grandfather has passed away, may Allah have mercy on him, and he did not perform Hajj. Is it permissible for me to perform Hajj on his behalf or not?

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. As for bathing for one in the state of ihram, there is nothing wrong with it, as this is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). It is the same whether he bathes once, twice, or more. However, he must bathe if he has a wet dream while in the state of ihram; he must bathe to remove the state of major ritual impurity. As for performing Hajj on behalf of his grandfather who did not perform Hajj, there is no blame on him for doing so, as this is what the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has established. Yes.
