The reciter: And Shu'ayb ibn Furukh narrated to us, Sulayman ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us, Humayd ibn Hilaal narrated to us, he said: Abu Rafi' said:
I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was delivering the sermon. I said: O Messenger of Allah, a stranger has come asking about his religion; he does not know what his religion is. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) turned to me and left his sermon until he reached me. A chair was brought, and I thought its legs were made of iron. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sat on it and began to teach me from what Allah had taught him. Then he returned to his sermon and completed the end of it.
