The Shaykh : Al-Khursh: what is hung in the ear, and al-Sikhab: the necklace that a woman wears. And his saying in this hadith:Sunan an-Nasa'i 1587Sahih (Darussalam) indicates that there is no recommended practice (sunnah) before the 'Id prayer, nor after it. And that is the case, for no regular voluntary prayer (rawatib) has been reported for it before or after. As for what is done for a specific reason, what is done for a reason is restricted by that reason. And on this basis, that does not negate the recommendation of the sunnah of the mosque, meaning the greeting of the mosque for one who arrives before the imam. As for the imam, it is known that he cannot pray the greeting of the mosque, because when he arrives he will proceed directly to the prayer. And after the prayer, he will admonish the people, guide them, and preach to them, then the people will disperse. So there is no place for prayer before it or after it for the imam. As for the follower (ma'mum), if he arrives before the imam, it is said to him: Do not sit until you pray two rak'ahs, because this is a place of prayer in the mosque, so it falls under the general rule.
the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) went out on the day of Adha or Fitr and observed two rak'ahs, and did not observe prayer (at that place) before and after that. He then came to the women along with Bilal and commanded them to give alms and the women began to give their rings and necklaces.
